How does the Solenoid valve work?

Here we explain how this industrial part works Electrovalve.

An industrial solenoid valve is an electromechanical device used to control the flow of liquids or gases in a pipe or conduit. It works through the use of a solenoid, which is an electromagnet that converts electrical energy into mechanical motion.

When an electric current is applied to the solenoid coil, a magnetic field is created that attracts a moving core to the center of the coil. This movement of the core acts like a valve, opening or closing a gate or orifice in the pipe, allowing or preventing the flow of liquid or gas through it.

Solenoid valves are used in a wide variety of industrial applications, such as controlling the pressure and flow of liquids in irrigation systems, regulating temperature and pressure in refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, and controlling manufacturing processes in the chemical and food industries.
